I read the reviews and it seemed the major complaints were the installation of it. I looked at the instructions that came with it and they seemed over complicated and messy. I looked on YouTube and found a brilliant guide , that made it very easy... basically heat the transfer gently with a hair dryer then using a credit card gently rub it to smooth out the creases. Once measured and put in place on the wall , put tape along the whole of the top edge( 1/2 on the transfer and 1/2 on the wall) to create a hinge. Once done you can hinge up the transfer and gently and slowly take the backing off (you will need help) once done gently bring the transfer down so its now against the wall. Gently using a credit card lightly rub the transfer against the wall. When done take all tape off , and apply more pressure and rub the transfer again to make sure it sticks to the wall ( i made sure i rub the letters quite hard). When done slowly take the front transfer sheet off , checking to make sure none of the writing comes off ,( it did not for me , but if it does then rub it down gently with your finger). Once the front transfer is off , then gently rub over all the writing with your thumb. Transfer is now on the wall and looks great

This was quite difficult to put on the wall, the decal kept sticking to the wrong layer which was very time consuming. However, once it was put up it is actually perfect. Very good value for money.

I read the reviews and seen this item had a few poor reviews. I thought because I had used alot of decals previously that this must definitely be a costumers fault and that I would purchase the item anyway. I should NOT have done this! Despite having used many previously, this decal came and was of poor quality but my little girl seen it and was very excited, I tried to put it up. It was indeed a nightmare to separate and remove the letters from the backing paper and I spent about an hour putting it up. Then I noticed that once on, the letters all started to peel back off. I've spent my night rubbing them with a bank card to try and get them to stay but I'm losing the will. (I would like to add that the same wall had two previous decals on it, so it isn't a wall issue. Definitely a quality issue). While this looks great while on I doubt it will stay and I can't find a way to contact the seller which is very annoying.

This product proved to be quite a challenge to put up as the sticker would sometimes not come off the transferring tape so I would have to peel it off and apply it myself however once we managed stick the decal to the wall it look lovely

It arrived quickly and I'm really pleased with it. It was a bit fiddly to apply to the wall but once it was on, it looks great

Looks amazing on the wall but don’t be fooled into thinking this is a quick job. Took myself and my husband an hour to get the backing sheet off.

For my daughters room. Came well wrapped and went on very well. It can be tricky to pop on if never done before but the instructions are very good.

It was a bit fiddly to separate the top layer of paper but easy to stick to the wall. It looks amazing.My daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and loved it. She put it on Facebook and had loads of likes!
