The Catholic Prayer Book Paperback – February 22, 2013

The Catholic Prayer Book is a wonderful resource for prayers of every type. It has all the essential prayers that are well known and it has great prayers, for example, Family Prayer - one for kids, for mom, for harmony.This book gives you the prayers you've always loved plus some really finely crafted original prayers, in modern English. It even includes a few Latin prayers, like "O Salutaris Hostia".My copy is the paperback version and it has been about 2 or 3 months of almost daily use. It's held up very well, but like any paperback it will eventually get worn out if used daily.Even knowing that I would still buy it again and definitely recommend!

One way of communicating with GOD, is thru PRAYERS. This little GEM, GOD talks to you, and you can talk to HIM. TRY it. You will have PEACE.

I have been looking for a Prayer Book for a while now and I finally found it. This book has all the Prayers for everything need that I was looking for. I start my morning off with reciting the morning prayers that are in this book and I find myself going back to The Catholic Prayer Book throughout the day whenever I find myself needing a prayer for a special need. Love this book!!

I really think it is a wonderful book! I am thinking about buying a copy to give as a gift. I would have liked to see more prayers for when praying for family, but overall this book has a great variety of prayers. I would like to find a book that has prayers for praying for college age students and married children.

I really like this prayer book. I quickly found several prayers I liked and stick with those. A good portion of the book is dedicated to mass and sacraments, which is why I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I thought this book was going to have some old prayers but I am so happy I got this book. I can pray about whatever and whenever and it hs the mass in here too!!! Not even my church has books to follow mass that accurate!! Oh my goodness every Catholic or returning Catholic or a converting Catholic should have this book!!!

This is a perfect book and guide to assisting with a Catholic prayer life. It includes the revised mass prayers (as of May 2015) as well as a guide to the rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet. A great starting place to let the Holy Spirit guide you in your prayer life.
