Best. Water. Ever. Perfectly flavored without any strange taste or sweetness. Just a subtle hint of incrediblely refreshing cucumber and mint.

I love flow cucumber mint water. It's not heavy it's not sweet it's just refreshing with it a little hint/aftertaste of flavor. I highly recommend it 🙂 It seems a little expensive but it's cheaper than a bottle of soda at the convenience store.

Don't know too much about the health benefits. It does seem to help my heartburn in the morning. Could be a placebo but it seems to work. I love all things cucumber and mint. This is perfect. I usually drink it warm. Just a preference but I also noticed that the flavor hides a bit if it's cold. Happy that it isn't packaged in plastic. Ordered a few times and never had any issues with damages.

It’s amazing how many people want to be healthy, but still drink water out of plastic bottles with all the recent data out there. Just last year World Health Organisation said over 90% of water bottles tested contained plastic particles in them and If you don’t care about your health think about damage it does to our environment at least. I never was a big water drinker maybe a glass a day, but after finding Flow, I drink 4 cartons a day as I think it’s the best tasting water you can buy and it’s all natural spring water. I love the flavour waters as well as they aren’t over powering and just a very light hint of flavor in them which I really enjoy.

Liked the water but it was watermelon flavored in a cucumber mint container. I also ordered watermelon so had that to compare. Unfortunately the watermelon didn't taste like watermelon. It was just ok and couldn't quite figure out what that was. It seems like Flow is a good product with some bad packaging protocols. Would have liked getting what I ordered. Probably will cancel my subscription if it happens again.

My favorite but difficult to get as often as I use it. It is pretty pricey.

The case took forever to arrive. It was not factory sealed and one of the bottles was crushed.

Flow water is INCREDIBLE! I purchased alkaline water as I believe that it helps to naturally reduce acidity in the body and the bonus is that it comes in this beauty eco-friendly pack. The best part was the flavor - it's just that perfect HINT of flavor of cucumber + mint, offering a refreshing beverage that was healthy and yummy at the same time (Bonus = zero sugar, zero cals - YAY!). I was adding my own cucumber and lemon to my water everyday and this saves me the trouble as tastes equally delicious. This is my new go-to water (the lemon+ginger and original are amazing too).

i LOVE It water. It is so refreshing...so delicious ..so deeply hydrating..and NO IT HAS NO SUGAR..WHICH IS WHAT i WANT. No sweetener no sugar. I do not drink sweet drinks.. and I love this At last they are making thing that are not sweet. Hurrah. It is beautiful and for £1.66 a carton not a bad price to pay. I noticed the other day that a normal size diet Coke is £1.38 in the supermarket. I do not drink it but saw it.... so this is not bad not bad for delicious healthy drink. This taste fresh and lovely and is a delight. best drink in a long time.. 10 stars .. Please get sugar out of our lives. I had a freind to lunch and she loved it ,too.We went though 4 cartons at lunch. Delightful drink.

this is really nice. wasn't sure what to expect as i had not tried before but i really like it. the flavour is really well balanced with the cucumber hitting you first and then a nice aftertaste of the mint. i'll be getting again for sure! as for the other features such as electrolytes etc. well, tough to comment - but certainly didn't feel any worse after drinking this, perhaps after a while the benefits are more notable.

This flavoured water is way more than it appears on first glance. For a start it is water from a single source artisan well that produces a slightly alkaline PH water which is enriched with naturally produced electrolites from the spring and then flavoured with the essences of organically produced Cucumber and Mint. This results in a very 'soft' drink with a subtle and extremely refreshing taste. But its 'green' credentials don't stop there. In addition to the source and organic components this water is packaged in 100% re-cyclable packaging including a screw top produced with a PLA type plastic that is produced from organic components rather than oil like most commercial plastics. This means that the screw top is just as bio-degradable as the cardboard containers and even the outer box :) If there is any slight niggle it would have to be the price which is a bit higher than your average flavoured mineral water. But given the green credentials and the fact that the flavouring is organically produced rather than just chemicals I think this can be forgiven.

This arrived with good timing on the hottest day of the year so far! Once it had chilled in the fridge I had a try and really liked it. The flavour wasn't too overpowering, which is something I was worried about as I would not normally choose this flavour. I think it has to be chilled to enjoy it properly, it is really convenient to grab one of these out of the fridge as you go out, especially on summer days when you need to take some water with you. Like the packaging, like the flavour but thought it was a little expensive

It’s abit strange, it feels thicker than normal water & the flavour isn’t very strong. There’s a slight taste of cucumber with a slight after taste if the mint but I was hoping it would be stronger. I shared them out at our family bbq today and surprisingly the kids liked it more than the adults!! It’s definitely better iced cold though, soon as it was warm it put me off
