The best overall mascara. Not clumpy. Washes off easily. Inexpensive.

I do not say that lightly. I have thin, almost blonde lashes. I have tried at least 50 different mascaras - that is not an exaggeration. I've tried cheap, middle of the road and very expensive brands - several kinds of each brand. I've bought from drug stores, department stores, high end makeup distributors...you name it. I've managed to find a few that do an OK job and at least make me look like I have lashes. I've never had lashes like this. This mascara is absolutely amazing. It lengthens, thickens and has a nice color. I haven't even mentioned the applicator brush! It perfectly applies the mascara without clumping or skimping. I hate having to wipe most of the mascara off a typical applicator brush just to use it. I'm sorry, I'm a bit too shy to post before and after pictures. But as a long time dreamer of even normal lashes, trust me when I say my search is complete. My lashes look awesome. I've had people comment. Who comments on lashes? Now that I wear this mascara, several people have. You won't regret it if you give this mascara a try.

I try different mascaras a few times a year, but always return to this one. I am in my 50s with sparse lashes on one eye and uneven lashes on the other. I'm fair-skinned / fair-haired, too, and like a natural look, so I avoid black mascaras. I'm so glad that this one comes in brown! The brush separates and coats without any clumping. Nothing flakes off later. It just gives me reliable dark brown lashes every time. Sometimes I'll do a second coat for a more "made up" look, but usually one is fine to bring a touch of natural color to my nearly invisible blonde lashes. I've tried the expensive brands (many of which don't come in brown), and so far, nothing gives me the consistent smudge-free, flake-free experience of this L'Oreal mascara.

Of the "drug store brand" mascaras that I have used recently, I liked this one. It applies well, and makes my lashes long and dark. One thing I realized was that it does not come off as easily as other mascaras do, which is a blessing and a curse. It stays on your lashes for a long time, but you also get the dreaded "raccoon eyes", which are hard to get rid of since the mascara doesn't easily wipe off of skin. I wasn't sure if it was the mascara or my eyeliner that was the cause of the whole raccoon eyes issue, but after testing out multiple combinations (this mascara with eyeliner A, this mascara with eyeliner B, a different mascara with eyeliner A, a different mascara with eyeliner B), I found that it was in fact this mascara. In the future, I may try out a similar mascara from this brand to see if other mascaras they sell work as well or if they too give you the "raccoon eye" look.

Love this mascara

Covers lashes and gives them some extra fullness but not much length. I would keep trying mascara until I found the one that does both full lashes and length.

La máscara de pestañas me gusta porque no te deja grumos ni pelillos, yo que uso lentes de contacto es la mejor. La recomiendo no te mancha con el sudor.
