Seem pricey, but worth every penny. Much more effective than wasp sprays.
My wife is very allergic to wasp stings, and unfortunately our Air Conditioning units sit right next to our back door. Wasps love to build nests in AC units and that meant every trip out the door in warm weather was a life threatening experience for her. We tried sprays, foams, and a variety of poisons which did nothing except annoy the wasps. These things are just simple glue traps and I admit to being surprised at how really well they work. We hung two near the AC units in early spring and were absolutely amazed at the number of wasps and yellow jackets that got caught in the first week alone. We must have caught a few queens because there have been no nests in our eaves or in the ACs so far. I'm so impressed I just bought 2 more for my barn. Also, if you are wondering if they stay sticky after getting wet or being out for several weeks the answer is yes - they stay very sticky. And there is no smell to them, so my dogs leave them alone, unlike some bait traps we've tried.

Surprisingly Simple Setup and Caught One Right Away!
I picked up this 2-pack of wasp traps because my garden bushes were absolutely swarming with yellowjackets in north Texas. It got so bad I couldn't even get near the area to do any weeding without them getting agitated. Honestly, I'm not great with assembling things and usually get tripped up by instructions, but these traps were incredibly straightforward. I had both of them ready to go in probably less than five minutes.I used the twist ties that came with them to hang one directly onto a branch of the most infested bush (I've added a picture to show how I placed it). I was pretty amazed – literally within about 30 seconds of getting it hung up, a yellowjacket flew right in. Seeing that immediate result felt like a huge win already.Pros:Assembly was genuinely quick and easy, no confusing steps.Started trapping yellowjackets almost instantly after hanging.Came with twist ties needed for hanging.Cons:It feels a bit dangerous hanging it right where the yellowjackets are active; definitely a risk of getting stung during setup. The trap feels a little heavy for some of the lighter branches on my bushes, so I'm hoping it stays put and doesn't weigh them down too much.*Update* After 24 hours, I have successfully caught a ton of yellowjackets. This thing works!

Success!!!!
We get swarmed with wasps every year. Especially near our front and back doors. I was skeptical buying these, but I was desperate!! I put these out last night because today was supposed to be the first 80° day of the year. I hung one by the front door and one by the back door.Sure enough.. I get home to 5 wasps stuck to the traps. Success!!! Will definitely be purchasing more.

Good temporary fix, did its job.
This product worked better than expected. After trapping a carpenter bee on it ourselves, it drew a bunch of others. They were swarming this area and it seemed like most were gone. It is very sticky, really only one time use. After a few days, the bees stuck started to fall off. Looks like should be discarded after the one use, as other bees seemed to stay away with all the dead ones on there.

Really Great
Had these for a couple months now and I can honestly say they work really well for me. I have one on our closed in back porch which still gets wasps on it every spring and every one has gotten caught. Haven't had to use any sprays this time. But the best thing so far is how they work beside my outdoor cameras. I have a number of the Amazon Blink outdoor cameras and for whatever reason wasps are super attracted to the cameras always setting them off. Ive put these within a foot or so of each camera and the wasps are getting caught and not giving me nearly the trouble this year of tripping the cameras off. So for me anyway in the situation I have they're excellent.

No odor and catches many type of insects !
I hung the two traps at where I noticed the most activity and it took about 3 days for anything to happen then I noticed a lack of carpenter bees and yell o jackets . I have tried other traps that were just for carpenter bees but this trap catches yellow jackets, flies, and carpenter bees I give this product a 10!!

Not worth it
The sticky goo oozed out of the packaging and the plastic guards keep popping off. Wouldn’t buy again, especially for that price

It's a passive trap that kinda works.
It works!... kinda. We have lots of mud dobbers and giant paper wasps around our backyard, so I went ahead and set up two of these traps right under the area that they were trying to build nests. It took a solid 3 weeks to catch ANYTHING at all, and at first it was just a few crane flies. Then suddenly we got one wasp, then three, then seven, and tons of night insects too. So... it seems to work like a chain reaction that takes a while to actually start. It's helping a little bit anyhow, and I'm grateful for that, but it's not quite what I was expecting.
