Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 15-Inch Baking Sheet, Champagne

Cuisinart never disappoints! I always prefer that brad.

This is the best cooking sheet I've ever seen. It is very thick and sturdy. I read in a review of their larger sheets, that some have flexed in the heat. This one never flexed, and I can't see how it could since it is so strong. Two of these can fit side by side in a regular oven. If your oven has two levels, then you can fit four of these your oven to make LOTS of food. I use two of these mainly for making baked sweet potato fries.

This a professional grade baking sheet. Even heat, no warping. It's serious cookware.

This pan seems very sturdy... but it does not like my new oven.. and at 450 with a couple pieces of fish in it, it made a loud crack and warped. Not sure if it will do so when covered with food.

I originally bought a much larger version of this cookie sheet for my step-son, who specifically requested it for his birthday. His love of baking cookies is surpassed only by his enjoyment of eating them!Unfortunately, the first cookie sheet I gave him was too large (lengthwise) for his apartment-size oven. He requested a smaller replacement. I chose this brand for both the quality and the size offered, as well as the non-stick feature.

This is a great pan. The size is very useful and it super easy to clean because of the finish.

After 30 years it was time to renew and replace my bakeware.Cuisinart is expensive but worth every cent, the quality at its best!I was really surprised how heavy everything is.So far I’ve purchased the 17 & 15 inch cookie sheets, square cake pan, muffin pan and I was gifted the the 9 inch fluted cake pan.Thanks Cuisinart!

Excellent tray. Best for cookies n macarons. Heavy duty tray so it didn't get too hot so bakes even n perfect.
