Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 - Nintendo Wii

I play a little golf from time to time, but it's kind of hard to do in the winter months. So some friends of mine and I get together and play golf tournaments playing the Tiger Woods 2009 game. That's the game I learn to play. My son gave my wife and I a Wii console for Xmas and we purchased the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2011 from amazon and the rest is history. We are both in our early fifties so this is what we do Fridays & Saturdays for entertainment When there's nothing better to do. This game is awesome, it keeps us entertained for hours at a time. The graphics are great. I'm not the one to play video games but this game is fun for people of all ages. I think I made a good investment thanks to amazon.

We really are enjoying this game, hard to play golf in Wisconsin in the winter, so this is hold us over till spring

With the several difficulty settings present this game can be enjoyed by everyone from the most seasoned golfer to the little tikes who may be just getting started. I haven't played the mini games, but there are numerous ones to keep you occupied if you get bored with the regular game. Granted, I haven't played any of the courses in real life, but they seem to be a pretty accurate representation of what I've seen on tv. The Ryder Cup portion of the game is a wonderful addition from past versions of the game. It's also a great way to boost your personal statistics. I went up three levels after completing this tournament. The Skills Challenges are the next fastest way to boost your stats. All in all, this is a fantastic golf game that's sure to keep you entertained for quite a while. Highly recommended!

This is a great game. I purchased this game for my boyfriend who loves golf. I do not play my wii often but this game is very fun and allows us to have a some great competitive moments. I do enjoy the fact that the game is easy to play and there are several different ways to pay the game. The functionality works great without the Wii motion plus. My friends and I are in our late 20's, I would recommend this game to people of all ages it is very easy to adapt to. Pros: Great game, fun to play, multi-user, enhanced graphics, great user interface. Cons: None

Tiger Woods and EA sports have put out another great golf game for the wii. Despite what you may think about Tiger Woods with all his off the course activities and morality issues there is no better golf game on the market that even comes close to Tiger Woods pga tour 11. they have made it even more challenging with the true feel putting and swings. you can't just breeze through the game with 10 and 11 under rounds if you get sloppy with your swing it will end up in the rough or out of bounds. i had just got pga tour 10 in winter then this came out and sold the old version and upgraded. the face maker on this one is not as good seems like they took a step backwards. but the rest of the game features are really good. i would recommend to anyone interested in good golf game especially for the wii.

This is hands down the best golf game I have ever played. Well worth the money. The motion plus controls work great. You can go with the pro controls for those who want a challenging simulation experience or go with the standard or all play controls for a more laid back fun time. Ryder Cup is a cool inclusion. The online works really well, comparing your scores to the pros in realtime is really neat. Disk golf and mini golf are nice inclusions as well particularly if you have people around who do not find regular golf that fun. The options and extras leave the HD versions of the game in the dust. Every time my buddies with xboxs and/or ps3s come over they ALWAYS want to play this game and they rave about how it's better than the versions for their systems. Highly recommended.

GREAT GAME LOTS OF FUN TO PLAY, YOU CAN ACTUALLY MIMIC YOUR REAL GOLF SWING. A BIT SHORT ON HELP TO NAVIGATE THE PLATFORM. ITS A BIT OF A DISCOVER AS YOU PLAY. IT YOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE A DRIVING RANGE AND PUTTING GREEN TO PRACTICE. BUT MAYBE THEY ARE THERE I JUST HAVENT FOUND THEM YET. OVERALL GREAT BUY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We had previously borrowed the game from the public library, and knew we needed our own copy. We had been golfing using the game on Wii Sports Resort (neither of us are golfers) and wanted something more challenging. We wanted more courses, and there are 28 beautiful golf courses included on PGA tour, so that fits the bill. My daughter, who golfs, says the game is quite realistic. There are also lots of silly games that my 6-year-old grandson can play. We might even start golfing for real!

Do not like the pre-swing motion that you have to use before hitting the ball. It is not normal for golfers.Do like more players to choose from and the selections of courses you can play.
