Great but you need to understand some things first before purchase...
This is a beginners rock crawler...if you don't know what that is google it. It's too slow to do (crash and bash) jumps, yet not slow enough to really rock crawl intricate lines. ALSO it only has one speed. BUT the angles this can climb is crazy! It will climb a 90 degree angle, and go over a curb like it's flat. The torque tho..well it sucks pretty bad and the tires are not very soft. so traction is a issue also. Plus the steering will not return back to a straight line on its own. Also the angle it turns at is pretty bad also, its mayybe a 22 degree angle. WITH ALL THAT SAID....I own MULTIPLE $300+ RC cars. so I'm comparing apples to oranges. This is a awesome beginner's rock crawler. A young kid could probably understand it and learn to crawl or ride trails in no time. (My 8 year old kid did). It also seems pretty durable, because it's taken some falls and nothing broke yet, even tho its 99% plastic. At the $25 I paid, it is worth every penny.

Good product
I bought 2 of these from the bundle. Blue and green car. I really like it but I'm giving 4 stars for the cons. Let's start with the pro first. Pros: - Great value. Each car came with 2 battery - The battery life was great. It lasted very long on each battery and my kids had a great time playing with these. Trying to go on rock, up and down steps. Cons: - Really light weight. It pretty much bounces when driving on trimmed grass and the grass is strong enough to just keep it on top. This also causes to not able to really climb on stuff unless the ledge is really low. - Really slow. It is good and bad at the same time. Good for little kids that allows them to get use to moving RC. - One of the car, the green one has really bad signals. It keep losing signals and has to be restart, turning on and off on BOTH the car and contoller.

Great remote car for kids of ALL AGES!
After my neighbor showed off his $600+ remote control truck, I saw the eyes of a 6 year neighbor go wild. He had a great time driving that thing around, until he heard what it cost. The look on his face was priceless, and sad. Having owned a few remote control cars and trucks over the years, I decided to get a couple and surprise him. I bought two of these trucks. Not only do they come with two long lasting batteries, they are robust little things. Granted, they aren't fast (which is a good thing). This prevents you from really destroying it on your first trip around the driveway. I charged up mine and played with it for a couple of days before giving the other one to my neighbor. We had a slight problem with that car, but they replaced it without question and didn't even want the old one back. We've been running the trucks up and down the sidewalk and through the concrete ditch, running and climbing over anything we can find. Oh... did I mention how much fun it was chasing the cats around inside the house? Trust me, it was pure pleasure! And they did seem to enjoy it (probably not as much as I did ... hehehe). The neighbor kid built a ramp and sends his flying. These are durable little toys and a lot of fun for anyone stuck at home during this crisis. He might be only 6 years old, but this 58 year old is having just as much fun with it! I'd buy another one in a heartbeat! Keep the 2nd battery on the charger and be ready to go with the first one dies. They are rated for 45 minutes, but I went an hour easy the first go around. The remote uses 2 AA batteries, but I've yet to wear those down. In conclusion, I've never had this much fun after spending only a little over $40 for each one. The look on the neighbor's face is pure joy (and his dad likes playing with it too!). I highly recommend these and have already told others about them. My other remote toys are sitting in a box. This one sits in my living room ready for Mr. Blue Sky and perfect weather (when I'm not chasing the cats with it)!

Very, very good remote for little kid
Needed something for my kid (5 year old) that would last him a little longer than a month as his last Christmas RC car did. This RC car is solid. He's learning so he runs into things and this thing keeps going. He's driven it off his bed, couch, etc, and it keeps going. Being 4 wheel drive is great because it doesn't get stuck on small things. This thing rides over shoes, pillows, stuffed animals; I'm really impressed. The battery lasts mush longer than expected; he probably plays about 15 min at a time and has gotten probably five 15 min sessions out of one charge. I charge up the second battery that this came with and then just do a quick swap. It's not fast and I didn't want it to be fast, but again, really impressed by this RC.

Like that it's not fast, 2-year old kid is able to handle it on open grass (kid isn't a very good driver though). Able to deal with the grass at our local park, but longer grass (eg. weedy bits at the edges of the park) slow it down. 2-year old put weight on it when picking it up on day 1, and the plastic on the ball-socket joint on the body cracked. I used super glue to stick it back together but it's a concern. Drives well otherwise, happily climbs over feet and small obstacles quite easily.
