I followed the installation instructions carefully, but at first the ink only semi worked and didn't print quite right. I contacted customer service, and I'm really glad did. They responded quickly and patiently walked me through a few troubleshooting steps. After following their guidance, everything worked perfectly and the print quality is now excellent. It's reassuring to know the company stands behind their product. Great value and outstanding customer service.

Upon second installation, I ran into an error message and was easily helped by Ory at Smart Ink. She directed me to step by step instructions which resolved my issue in a safely and efficiently. She also waited to ensure that the issue was resolved prior to ending our conversation. This ink is high quality and great value. All documents that I have printed are clear and function well. It also is compatible with my HP OfficeJet model.

The smart ink works perfectly - I initially had a compatibility issue, but reaching out to customer service was seamless. They guided me through the process effectively. It’s been a while since I experienced such excellent customer service. My replacement cartridges were shipped quickly. Quality and Compatibility is amazing and works great producing great value of money. It has great print quality except that after some time when some of colors are not enough, then it starts producing the prints instead of notifying that ink needs to be replaced. HP App does not identify the color quantity which can be clearly due to the HP Cartridges being not genuine for HP. However, I have used till now 2 times and it has been impressive with color quantity and quality.

Smart Ink's customer service was simply terrific. I replaced a used Smart Link black cartridge on my HP Printer and, unlike any recent time using their cartridges, HP didn't like this one and the printer wouldn't accept it. My call to Smart Link was answered promptly (no "we are experiencing a greater than normal volume of calls...") by a very helpful person who apologized more than once and sent a new set of cartridges which arrived 2 days later. And the cartridge works! I've always been very satisfied with the print quality of the Smart Link cartridges and now appreciate that their customer service is first rate as well.

Amazing customer service!!! My color cartridges quit working after a few months, and the team took action and sent me a replacement ones out for me to try. The new ones didn't work either, so they refunded my purchase. I'm very happy to buy more once I get a new printer, as the longevity seemed to be there. I've been a customer for years and they've always helped me if I had a support question and got me to printing again. All in all, great quality and they stand behind their product!

Works great. I got this off brand on a whim. My HP printer did not accept it initially per what the insert in their box said might happen. I emailed and a minute later I had a reply. What they said did you first did not work so I replied to the email and they told me what to do next. Basically, I had to do something with a driver and the ink which took a few short minutes. I think it is a very good “bot” answering you because the replies are so fast. The ink works great for a great price.

First set of ink cartridges came and I only needed some of them, they installed perfectly. A month later I needed the rest and the printer would not use them because of a HP update. I contacted customer service and they were super fast to respond and send information on how to mitigate the problem. I was unable to solve the issue on my end and they offered to send me new ink cartridges with the updated chip. The ink arrived and installed fine. I am very pleased with the ink and the customer service and will continue to use Smart Ink!!

I have purchased them before and they worked well. I was so happy with them that I purchased another box a couple of months ago to have on hand when needed. I just went to use them on the weekend and the new box of cartridges is not recognised by my HP printer. What has changed?? What can I do? I have googled and tried all the tricks, but my printer still doesn't recognise the chips.

I find this ink just as good or better than the HP ink . I like the fact the cartridges are clear and I can visually see which ink is low visually . I bought a set of this ink and worked great so I bought 2 more . I had an issue with the next inks as I had updated my printer and the printer wouldn’t accept the ink , so I called customer service . I had very little wait time and customer service was excellent at resolving the issue . I highly recommend

Bought toner in April 2025 but just put them in on December 23rd. Two of them were not recognized pu the printer. Reached out to support on WhatsApp at 8pm. Alex answered almost immediately and tried to walk me a through steps to try to make them work. After a couple of tries, it was clear it wasn’t going to work so he sent me a replacement set of cartridges. Got them yesterday and all works. Got a text message from them today asking me if everything is working. Love the quality and price of toner but more importantly, I am very impressed with their customer service. I won’t buy any of the brand of toner. Highly recommended!

Great Service, sent new set of ink, works great now, they were delivered fast. Answered back right away when first emailed them about problem.
