Update: poor company!! Received emailFrom company offering me a refund in exchange for deleting this review. Now I know why a POOR product has such good reviews. Extremely bad business if you have to manipulate data to sell a product instead of making a great product that sells itself!!Was hoping this would be a great product. The base feels sturdy and strong but the attachments feel like cheap plastic. The suction of it is very disappointing even on turbo! I have to use turbo for basic things so what is the lower power for?! I wouldn’t purchase again as it doesn’t feel it will last as a long term tool.

My wife and I have been using the Orfeld Cordles for around a month now, and we're happy with the purchase. This vacuum seems to have been designed with great attention to construction quality and functionally. I appreciate how the vacuum components click solidly into place, the aluminum construction of the main tube, and all of the attachments provided to use it equally effectively as a conventional floor rug vacuum or as a vacuum for hardwood/tile floors, not to mention being a great car vacuum. One feature my wife particular likes is the rolling floor attachment, because it pivots in every possible directions providing pretty amazing agility for corners, edges, and under furniture (the vacuum can clear way under any piece of furniture, needing only a few inches of clearance above the floor). Also, the vacuum housing twists onto the motor base with precision and a tight seal, and I feel like the hypoallergenic filter is capturing all dust and allergens perfectly, important to me since I'm literally allergic to dust. For the price, I really don't think you can beat this vacuum anywhere on Amazon.

Originally, I was disappointed by this product, but the company responded to my concerns and offered a full refund or a free replacement with a new design that fixes the problem I originally had with the motor and filter housing not securing to the handle. Evidently this had been a problem with the older model and the company even emailed me engineering diagrams illustrating the design fix.The company representative who contacted me was professional and responsive with her follow up. I had already bought another vacuum so I decided on the full refund, but given the design diagrams, I suspect the problem has been fully resolved. As such, I have updated my original review.Being a single mom of three children, a household vacuum is a significant purchase, and I spent a number of hours researching the best products in our price range to find the best value for our money.Pros:* Very lightweight* Charging base can be mounted to wall for ease of use (I mounted ours inside a small closet)* Bagless (pro and con - more on that later)* charge seems to hold well* decent selection of attachments and options for a lightweight vacCons:* UPDATE: In the model I received, the vacuum cylinder with the motor, filter and nozzle did not secure well to the handle. The handle and body would fall apart during use. According to a company representative this has since been fixed through a new design.* UPDATE: I was originally having problems with dog fur getting stuck in the connection between the nozzle and the body. I since discovered that the problem was arising from the fact that I’d been vacuuming up fireplace ash from around the wood stove. The ash, evidently, is fine enough to very quickly clog the internal filter, thus reducing the vacuum’s suck and causing the clogging issue. Replacing the filter fixed the problem.Originally I gave this product one star, but have now updated it to four given the positive customer service experience and the resolutions noted above.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We have a few vacuum cleaners at home to do a variety of cleaning jobs, a powerful Dyson to clean carpet on weekly basis, a robot vacuum to do daily cleaning work, a handheld vacuum to clean sofa and upholstery. I was very skeptical when I saw this product on Amazon, but decided to give a try as it looks quite modern and appealing. I was pleasantly surprised that this vacuum is super lightweight, so easy to move around just using one hand. It is so easy to reach under the chair, under the chest and corners. It's powerful enough to easily pickup dirt from different surfaces. As it's cordless, I can easily vacuum my car and upholstery. After about 1 week of usage, I noticed I don't really use robot vacuum or handheld vacuum any more. It takes a few hours to charge it and last at least a few days depending on the usage. The filter inside can be washed as well. Of course, this is not your heavyweight powerful Dyson vacuum, I will still use Dyson to do weekly deep carpet cleaning, but the rest of the cleaning job can be done by this one.
