These multi vitamins are some of the best I’ve ever used. Not megadoses which is a good thing and it includes minerals which is a plus.

Purchased for my middle aged son who loves them! I also take supplements from Integrative Therapeutics and my Dr looked at the label and said "these are good vitamins."

Very effective. I don’t have to take a bunch of other vitamins now that I’m taking these. Kind of sticky if you have a dry mouth before taking them. They have not upset my stomach, which has been my issue with every other multi I've tried. You also can’t beat the price.

Works great

The web says "no soy," but the label on the bottom clearly says "contains soy." Also, sugar is added to this product. Apparently, you all are unaware that maltodextrin and dextrose are actually sugar with covert names: I know this because I teach weight control. I'm shocked the Integrative Therapeutics would contain these ingredients. The soy is an added fat, and of course the sugar derivatives mentioned above assimilate in the body just like sugar because they ARE forms of sugar. Integrative Therapeutics, however, is a great name, and to be fair, the small amount of soy and sugar mentioned here are probably far outweighed by IT's quality; most importantly for me, these are capsules that readily melt in the body unlike hard tablets that can even be dangerous. - BEST OF ALL -- NO UPSET STOMACH WHEN I DIVIDE THE DOSES -- ONE IN THE MORNING W/BREAKFAST AND ONE AT DINNER. PROBLEM SOLVED....
