I purchased this item to use making calls at work from my VOIP desk phone and it did an outstanding job. Callers were able to hear me clearly and it certainly made the calling process quicker and easier without lifting a handset or using the speaker phone that is disruptive in an office environment. That was before Covid-19 changed the world. Since a transition to work from home became the safer option, I realized that the 3.5mm laptop adapter was not included and I reached out to the company about getting the adapter. They responded to my email with hours! Once we verified my purchase and personal information, they immediately fulfilled my need for a 3.5 mm adapter and I received it very quickly. The adapter works flawlessly and I'm now able to use my headset for Zoom meetings and video chats. I'm very please with my headset and seller follow up. This is an example of customer service at its best and should be the model for all companies to follow!

these headsets work great! you can use them on the left or right ear. the quick disconnect is perfect for if you need to get up from your desk and don't want to keep taking the headset off. I had to work with customer service because we ordered the one without the quick disconnect accidentally the first time. Customer service was excellent to work with and they helped us get the correct headset ordered

Works great

This product works great with the Avaya phone. However, it did not come with the 3.5mm jack adapter. I only realized this too late to make a return.

So uncomfortable

First off, it didn’t come with the 3.5mm audio jack, luckily I didn’t need it but still should’ve came with it. The microphone is absolutely horrible, I’ve received nothing but complaints about it and people saying they can’t hear me. Any one have a better headset suggestion?

I'm on the phone 12-16 hours a day. The headphones are better in quality, noise cancelation, sound quality and comfort than my company issued ones. My comrades and I assume to purchase these headphones instead of using the company issued.

Clear calling. Our company bought 6 units. They are somewhat flimsy but lightweight as an advantage.

Might get tight on the head after a whole day of use, but worth it in order to free up both hands to type.
