Great replacement item delivered quickly.

The handset is fine in principle. It come without batteries but is one third the price of advertised new ones. However, the arrow and OK keys are difficult to detect by touch.. My original controller has the OK and arrow keys with a metal face and slightly proud from the surrounding 'soft'-faced keys. I could find the 'info' and 'back' key easily. With this new one I have trouble detecting the down arrow key from the 'Back' key without looking at the controller... not always easy once it gets dark. I realise that the reader will be rolling their eyes and tutting at this inconsequential 'problem' but it is an irritant and I am tempted to see if I can take the new controller's innards and see if they will fit in the old case and keep the old keys... Heigh-ho; another first-world problem...

The toggle buttons around the “OK” buttons are a little more flush than the original so I will have to get used to that. However, unlike the original all the buttons work beautifully and the handset is light and appears as god as new. It went into service ten minutes after it was delivered and it was such a relief I don’t know why I put up with the old fir as long as I did.

Emailed to complain and told I had to programme them. Tried that and it still doesnt work. Purchased from another seller previously and had no problem so its clearly these remotes that are faulty.

This was to replace a remote control which had a fault and I am pleased that it does the job well.

Put batteries in, worked first time

Bought this when the dog got her paws on our original remote (disaster!) So far so good! Rubber buttons instead of plastic (like the OG) and easy to set up. Perhaps slightly more delayed than the other, but for the price, it’s well worth it.

Great replacement for lost controller. Works perfectly. Great condition.
