My 6 year old was able to build the entire set in an evening
This was an awesome set. My nephew is 6 and he was thrilled with this set. THRILLED. My only complaint is the 8+ on the box. For $190, I was expected it to be a challenge and take some time and effort to complete. It was 719 pcs but didn't present a challenge. Lego should probably lower the age to 6+

Honest review
Nice build. I bought mainly for the mech t-rex. Although the normal t-rex isn't as nice as the mech rex; however the mech t-rex's arms, legs, and head fit on the normal rex. The legs/head connect to the body via the same connector. The arms can fit on the normal rex body just by adding some spare parts that came with the set. Unfortunately the tails are not quite interchangeable without adding/change Lego pieces. Even though this is not from the movie(Nickelodeon TV show?) it is still a great set.

Awesome set... I recommend it for all intermediate builders!
In my opinion, this is one of my most favorite builds! No buyer's remorse on this purchase whatsoever. The opening mountain feature is really cool, along with the actual Dino-Mech's moving limbs and claws! Some, if not all of the other reviews stated that this set was not featured in the film that this build was supposed to be shown in. I myself, haven't seen this specific movie, but I enjoy this set nevertheless... I love this set and I recommend it for all good builders!

Amazing and worth the addition
I got this set for the different colored T-rex, but i cant help but love the mech-rex too. Definitely worth adding to the lego collection. And obviously the Jurassic Lego set(s).

i have to say when i got the packeg think it wold be hard to build but is was kinda essay the set was great the t rex look lake a boss and the dino mech look so cool but i think they could of put a few less stickers but i have to say i like the set
