Men's 14k Gold Plated Vintage Leather Dress Watch

I wasn’t sure what I was really getting but the sale price was great and the brand has a good reputation. The watch looks very dressy. Gold markings on the black dial have good contrast. No lume of any kind. The sun & moon “phase” is really just a novel complication at the top of the dial and not reliable for the position of either celestial body during the day or the month. The leather strap is black with a bit of alligator skin texture. It is comfortable to wear for my large wrist and the entire watch is a fine time piece for a low price.

Great look! Great time! I use to have a Peugeot moon face watch years ago. Was glad that I found my vintage watch on Amazon. It’s a great looking quality watch, keeps time perfectly, and I really love the white face with the moon and sunshine face feature. I love my vintage watches, I bought a black leather and brown leather watch in a men’s size, and one female size. The men’s size are perfect for my small wrists since they have adjustable leather straps. The woman’s watch is really small. Overall, very happy with my Peugeot men’s 14k gold plated vintage leather watches! Great buy for a bit of vintage nostalgia!

This watch is exactly as I hoped. Although it’s a Men’s watch I’m wearing it for myself. I like the bigger watches and this moon dial is awesome. I ordered the ladies version and it’s beautiful but just a little smaller than I’d like. Oh I’ll wear it on occasion. But I really like this one.

I have long been looking for a moon phase watch to replace one which was destroyed by a local jeweler while changing the battery. For some reason they are near impossible to find in women's watches, while there are quite a few choices for men. Peugeot is one of a few companies who have offered a moon dial over the years. The celestial dial rotates every 24 hours and so, obviously is not a real moon phase. It is however a very nice watch at a pretty remarkable price. It is a nice size, easy to read and to wear. I would still like to find a real moon phase, and have near given up the quest, thinking I must be able to put one on my ASUS ZenWatch 2 Android Wear Smartwatch - 1.63",Rose Gold case with Taupe Leather band (Discontinued by Manufacturer) (yeah, I bought the Men's... because it has better battery life, and a speaker {sigh}).. Why doesn't Peugeot off a moon phase for women, or even in a 'unisex' watch like this? They do not misrepresent it in the description. Likely there are almost as many people who view this as a moon phase as who call calendar watches chronographs. It is not fair to blame Peugeot if it is ijacurately described by any given reviewer. The case still feels a bit thick to me, and at 8mm is, compared to most of the watches I have, but is a far cry from the hulks of the past few years. I do not usually comment on these things, but the quality of hte band is just wonderful. It would likely cost almost as much as I paid for the watch to purchase a band of this quality. While assembled in China, it has a reliable Seiko movement, and is backed by a lifetime warranty, which is pretty hard to beat. Part of me says that at this price it really is worthy of 5 stars, but yes, I would LOVE to see a real moon phase, preferably 3-5 mm thick ;)

If you want a watch to use for a few weeks or a month, this is a perfect fit, otherwise, stay clear. I purchased this watch understanding it was cheap and purchased the extended warranty as well. After 4 months of typical wear, the entire band is falling apart and the "leather" is peeling all apart. The physical watch face and time telling has been good, but the band is very low quality, and is what made me purchase this watch. After trying to get a replacement through the manufacturer, they stated it wasn't covered. I then went through with my warranty company and they stated that I had to go through the manufacturer. A total run around over something so simple. I would stay away from this watch company, and do not buy the insurance as it does nothing. I would spend an extra few bucks and get a REAL leather band and quality made product.

This watch is classy, beautiful and very good quality. The sun/moon window is a cool feature. A good compelling quality/price ratio.

The watch arrived earlier then I was expecting it was in a sturdy box and looks very nice it bit smaller than I thought it would be and the strap is ok but feels like plastic but a very nice watch
