I loved this product. The meringue powder was so easy to prepare. Add water and whip. The end product was just the right amount of sweetness and easy to spread. I will be purchasing this product again and again.

1 tsp of this stuff, 1 part simple syrup, 1 part lemon juice and 2 parts whiskey makes for a delicious whiskey sour! Be sure to use fresh lemons. You can reduce the amount of simple syrup too, as the meringue power is also sweet. Enjoy the product immensely.

I loved using the margarine powder for royal icing. It was incredibly easy to use. The box even had directions for making royal icing. The icing hardened quickly and thoroughly.

It’s grainy and must be hydrated in really hot water. Ruined an entire batch of icing.

It does easily create meringue, but of course the resulting meringue doesn’t even begin to compare with the light, almost fluffy meringue I can make from egg whites. However, when you run out of egg whites and desperately need some sort of meringue, then this will work. It’s easy to store and the dry packages last a long, long time.

This whipped up to a shiny pillow of deliciousness I always made my royal icing from egg whites but decided to try this I’ll never go back I just ordered it again!!!

I was expecting more. Enough for two meringue pie. On the pricey side.
