I have been taking astaxanthin a couple of months now and notice no difference so far. I did load by taking 2 a day for a couple weeks and still nothing. Maybe I need to take more or take it for longer but it does not seem to work for me. I probably won't but again.

I use it for enhancing my eyesight after eye surgery. I find it helpful.
