Mattress is comfy, putting it together was easy worth the money

Bed and mattress are brilliant for the price, mattress is super comfortable. Bed was easy to assemble in only 15 minutes. Delivery drivers was really friendly and put the bed and mattress in the room I asked them too. Definitely recommend

The delivery was very well managed and the delivery men took the bed down stairs to the designated room. They were polite and got the job done. I had just mopped so the tiny amount of dirt on thier trainer did leave foot prints but that was my fault for mopping so close to the delivery time! The bed was easy to assemble I put the feet on the base easy enough by following the instructions. As it was a king size I left the headboard and the "C" clips to my boyfriend to do because I don't have the strength. The matress fits perfectly, it is a wonderful night's sleep and looks lovely. Such a bargain! Can't ask for more for the price! It's a steal! Update: 2 months have passed since receiving the bed and we have decided that a mattess topper is needed to make it comfortable again. I would suggest investing in a better matress if you are going to use it for your master bedroom, but it would be perfect as it is for a guest bedroom. :)

Our superking bed is of a quality equal to its cost. This is a very cheap bed of very low quality. Putting together is made difficult because of poor quality parts and manufacture. Feet are cheap quality plastic which need brute force to install and will rip the metal sockets out if you try to remove them. The fixings for the headboard are woefully inadequate and the headboard sways with every movement on the bed. The bed base creaks and feels very flimsy. We can feel the matress has very thin layers inside and will be at the state of our old matress within a few months. We expect we will be forced to buy a new bed and matress within 12 months. We regret buying this bed and wished we had invested the money in a better quality set.

Had to edit to say that after around 6 months, springs come through and really uncomfy. Base still good, and mattress did start off great, now awful. Firstly, this bed is amazingly comfortable. I literally feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I love the high headboard, which adds to the cosiness. The base isn't the most solid, but it does hold ok. The downside.. first off, the delivery guys were slap dash, knocked my base several times on the way in so had to check for damage. Once gone, I had a look at my purchase and the headboard flopped in my hands carrying this in they would have noticed this I'm damn sure, it flopped so easily. It took several calls and emails to get replacement, despite saying they'd call me, and a few emails unanswered. They arranged pick up and drop off, picked up broken, but no replacement! Again had to chase them. Finally got new one and headboard screws are missing! Had to then purchase some. Also, feet are hard to put in and a few broke. Aside from hassle, bed is really nice. Sorry picture refused to upload the correct way!

You made my day , originally I had ordered from a different company but was let down, but 4 family members and staff members at Amazon has used this company and all had recommended This bed centre company via amazon they had been ordering from this company for 5 years now and said this was the company to swears by it. Today I received my beautiful bed this company went the extra mile and delivered the bed to the top floor as I live in apartments not only was they covered in ppa/masks which was very reassuring as I am shielding I want to say thank you very much for your service the king size bed is quality and big and it’s an happy ending I will definitely stick with this company and I will definitely be buying more beds from this company. I was sceptical as it seemed too cheap. However, the delivery guys were excellent and very helpful. Wanted to ensure that it was put where I needed it - very thoughtful. I managed to assemble it very easily. The only downside is there are no instructions. But, it's quite self explanatory. I have had the bed for about a month now. It looks great, is super comfortable and super value for money. I would have no problem in recommending this bed to anyone. It really is too good to be true. I couldn't be happier.
