Good flavor, but don't overdo it. McCormick seasonings are inconsistent in how much is needed. Some you use lightly, some a more normal amount, and some you need a heavy pour. This is not as peppery or salty as other flavors. Makes any meat or vegetable better without getting too fancy. Experiment with their other seasonings for a variety of flavor.

I've tried this to season chicken chop and grilled fish fillet. The ratio of garlic, herbs and salt makes this mostly salty and little else, then I realised the main ingredient is indeed salt. Won't be buying again.
