Greater capacity than advertised
Bought to replace an original T-420 battery, works great. In fact, after two full charge/discharge cycles upower is reporting 96Wh, over a designed 84Wh. Some other reviewer found something similar, so to anyone looking at these, it seems like the manufacturer did the honorable thing and rated the battery ~15% lower than its actual performance. Rare and nice to see.

Computer battery
This was an excellent value for my money. The quality, fit, functionality, and capacity superseded anything I was able to find at a local store. The ease of insulation could be done by anyone. This product save me from purchasing an entirely new computer.

365 Day replacement warranty
I purchased a battery for my laptop from Tcore 2022 on May 1st, which doesn't hold a charge. According to their warranty, they will replace the battery if I contact them within 365 days. I couldn't find the contact information and I left a customer review on April 4th just in case they may answer my inquiry so far they haven't. My warranty will be up in two weeks so I appreciated it if you reach out to them or let me know how how to reach out to resolve this issue. I purchased a battery from you last year on May 1st, and it doesn't hold a charge. I can't find where I reach out to you for a replacement so I am trying here. Please advise the next steps for the replacement . Thank you

Actual capacity turned out to be 100 Wh after Power Manager battery gauge reset
Physical build quality is very good, and fits exactly like Lenovo original battery. In Lenovo Power Manager app, my old OEM battery said the design capacity was 86 Wh but my full charge capacity was only 31 Wh. When I initially installed this new battery, it showed the design capacity is 86 Wh but the full charge capacity at 84 Wh. I performed a battery reset with Power Manager (something you should always do with a new battery). Now the cycle count is 2 and the full charge capacity shows 100 Wh (and the design capacity still shows 86 Wh). This is a nice increase in actual capacity over design capacity but I will come back in 6 months with an update on how the full charge capacity holds up. I estimate my OEM battery charge capacity declined about 10%/year so hopefully this one is similar. If it is, you can't beat the value of this replacement.

Bought this heap almost 3 months ago and due to illness was only just able to fit it to my Lenovo laptop a few days ago. Followed usual procedure, letting it drain to 7% then full charge. A few minutes after reaching 100% charge it suddenly dropped to 90% and a message came up, "This battery cannot be charged." The damn thing is a dodo. Annoyed is not the word. And no way of contacting the manufacturer/distributor/seller. Well, I have to add that soon after posting the above, I received a message from the seller offering a replacement as soon as new stock became available. This I was happy to accept, and the replacement arrived in due course. As different from the initial faulty battery as chalk and cheese! The replacement battery performs very near to Lenovo's own, and at less than a third of the price of the Lenovo there is nothing to be complained about. Although the battery health dropped from 100% to 95% at the end of the second full charge cycle, I am perfectly happy to live with that and so far the battery is performing impeccably. Definitely recommended!
