This product as been great! After having tried using other BCAAs and not being able to get through the taste of any of them I was pleasantly surprised by Truth. The taste is great and I have actually felt a physical difference in my workouts as well as recovery. I am almost through my second container of the Raspberry flavor and at this point I don't plan to use anything else. I use 1 scoop in my water for a workout which I have found keeps my energy up through the full workout. I also will use a scoop on long days of coaching. I coach partner acrobatics and its a pretty physical job so this helps me stay focused and prevents those energy dips I used to have. My standard workouts will be between 1-2 hours five to six days a week, and will often be coaching 2-5 hours a day. I do have a protein powder that I use that also has BCAAs in it, however, I have found it valuable for my own recovery process to have given my muscles a chance to absorb BCAAs separate prior to providing the protein. Drinking Truth during my workout gives me that chance to kickstart my recovery. This has been one of the first products I have ever recommended to all of my athletes! I also love that this product is vegan, even though I am not fully vegan I much prefer that my BCAAs are coming from fermentation rather than various other animal sources that I have been a little grossed out by after learning about. I highly recommend this product!!!

I love this Branch Chain Amino acid pre workout drink. I use it if I workout in the evening. It has no caffeine. The L-Leucine helps muscle growth and recover. Or take if post workout to help muscle recovery. Helps maintain muscle mass while reducing body fat. I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder sometimes for extra protein. isoleucine helps endurance and assists in repair and rebuilding and boosts energy. L-valine stimulates energy. It has many different flavors. I like the blood orange and watermelon the best. The cherry tastes too much like cough medicine. I’m a Tabata Bootcamp instructor and it helps me during the tough Tabata. Only 10 calories and no caffeine. No sugar. Stevia sweetnened.

i have only used the Truth Nutrition Vegan BCAA Powder for one week now and at first i didn't feel a difference; but with getting my eating back clean, sleep under better control.. these past 3-4 times i've been to the gym, i can tell improvement in my energy and endurance level. i love that its clean and pure ingredients, there's no heart palpitations / speeding up up, no burning or itching of the skin and i don't crash necessarily from it (our workouts yes). so far i'm pleased with it but will try a different flavor.. the berry is a little tart, but tolerable. no negatives with

I drink this BCAA every morning. It’s delicious and mixes into water very easily due to its very fine powder. The ingredients are cleaner than most other BCAA brands that can be ordered on Amazon.

Something changed with this product. Not the same taste and consistency. Unfortunately missed the deadline of returning. Tried once and put it away. I was a vivid user of this even subscribed few years back - but not good now. Not good.

Love it. Wish it came in a bigger jar with more servings because I take this 2 times a day on average , which means it finishes within 2 weeks for me. I mix with cold water and drink as is. The taste is great, not artificial tasting or sweet. I recover faster after heavy lifting sessions which means I get a 2nd leg/glute day in the same week, which also means MORE GAINS... lol.

I read the reviews and thought I would see for myself... I am also a regular heavy Stevie user, so it's not the problem. But as others said it has a horrible artificial taste. I got the red raspberry, maybe the watermelon is better probably not going to find out. Won't order again. Good product, bad taste.

This is by far the most cleanest ingredient BCAA I have found yet. The ingredient list and vegan formula is what made me try this product. I train regularly about 4-5 days a week so finding the best bcaa’s to aid in my recovery is very important to me. This product helps me during training and minimizes my muscle soreness so I can train hard again the next day. The red rasberry flavor is great, not overly sweet but just the right amount of flavor and does not have that typical bad aftertaste that comes with most other Bcaa brands. Also the powder mixes smooth with water once shaken in any bottle. I have been searching for a product like this and Truth Nutrition did not disappoint! This will absolutely be my go-to brand going forward!
