Q: Now that you've had the pillow a while, are you still happy? Is it good for a side sleeper? does it stay cool enough? Thanks.

Expect 12-18 months of life, for a foam pillow. Hand fluffing it for about 10 seconds after each use helps prevent flattening for a longer time. Make sure to always use a "pillow protector" cover, to prevent dust, oil, and hair getting into the pillow. Foam pillows are great for side sleepers, down pillows are great for face or back sleepers.

Q: I've never owned a shredded foam pillow. Mine just arrived and it is flat and lumpy. What do I do to fluff it up and smooth out the lumps?

I was very hesitant of purchasing this pillow due to that I bought the MyPillow which was made from similar materials. I found it extremely lumpy and very uncomfortable comfortable. The material in this pillow seems to be more shredded, making it more forgiving and comfortable. I throw it in the dryer for a short time according to the instructions that came with the pillow. Seems to work but loses its fluff fairly quick. But this hasn’t caused me to not like it. Just ordered a second one for my wife.

Q: the pillow smells like it has a lot of industrial gas coming from it after i have opened it.. what should i do to fix that?

I purchased my first Coop Pillow back in April of 2022. My wife and I are very sensitive to chemical smells. After reading reviews we were a little hesitant but was very relieved that we found no odor coming from it at all. I just ordered one for my wife and if this is any different, I will do a follow up and make note of it.
