Roll on works well. It definitely helps with the pain. I used it when I strained my leg and the next morning the pain was gone. I love this.

I was hoping it would be more effective , but it works about the same as other topical pain relievers…So I’m still looking for that magical pain cream or roll on that doesn’t seems to exist.

It’s a gel that gives a cooling effect and lasts for about an hour.

Used for pain relief on my knee from commutative kneecap, works great for ache & pain!

I have RA also my inmune system is compromised so I don’t get enough circulation to my feet and after applying this to my feet and my lower back it helps me tolerate the pain.
