My daughter (7 mo.) hated it. I was nervous to even use it because there was nothing to go between her legs to keep her up, she slid right through and would have gone into the water has I not been holding her up! What's the point of one of these if I have to hold her bottom up the whole time so she stays afloat. Luckily Amazon is great about making returns easy!

I like the freedom these devices give little ones to move around and kick, but we had a very close call with my 15 month old nephew. There's not enough stability in the back, all it takes is for the child in the float to lean back slightly, and the whole float, child and all flips backwards, ultimately holding the child upside down in the water. These are wonderful to use as long as you are directly with your child at all times, which you should be anyways, but I would never trust them any further than an arms length away. Other than that, not bad!! Very unique and thoughtful design, I believe these give young ones more freedom to move and learn how to swim than any other flotation devices I've ever used. In that aspect, Good job!!
