Two of these were a house warming gift and they were the most perfect addition to the home. Price was high for me. Beyond that they couldn’t be more lovely!

I purchased two lamps; I adore the crystal base of the lamp, the light highlights the crystal flower. One of the lamp bases is loose, it literally moves (maybe defective?). I do not like the grey lampshades at all, wish they came with white lampshades. So I needed to purchase new white lampshades for both, which made this even more expensive ( for me). They are lovely though.

The light bulb reflects the crystals and make it look like it has a second light.. Goes perfect with small walnut table and my chairs that were just redone.

This crystal lamp sparkles with sunlight or light reflected from another source in the room. When turned on, it looks as if the petals are lit from within. The petals do not get in the way, while I’m reaching for the on/ off knob. The crystal column is faceted, so it blurs the image of a solid metal rod in the center. The lamp doesn’t “disappear” against a white wall, because the column reflects light. The lamp shade fabric is a medium cool-grey (not brownish or greenish), with a soft silk-like sheen, and the trim is so neatly applied. It looks expensive. Assembly is easy. Just insert the harp onto the lamp, place the lampshade on top, and screw the finial in place. One of the lamp harps had a finial screw soldered on crookedly, which caused the lampshade to tilt badly. I called Lamps Plus to ask if they could replace just the harp, but was told I had to deal with Amazon. My only option, on the return menu, was to send the whole lamp back for a replacement. Instead, I bought a set of 8" lamp harp holders (Guang Toul brand) on Amazon for about $10. They were perfectly straight. The base of the lamp is shiny chrome, and it feels solid. However, if you push on the crystal column, there is a slight give (not enough to lift the base, though). I will just support the bottom, when I lift it. Underneath is a thick felt cover, which makes it easy to move around without damaging the furniture. The two lamps I ordered were shipped quickly (2nd box shipping cost was discounted). They were very well packed, with no damages. When unpacking, remove the lamp shade from the top of the box first. Then turn the box on its side, open the bottom flaps, and carefully stand the box upright again. Lift the box up, off of the styrofoam. This will keep the box intact, in case you need to return the lamp. I really love these beautiful lamps and will keep them!
