I listened to the reviews and got one size down.. Usually a Large and got a Medium. I'm 180 and 5'7". Waist is currently 39" and my lower area of my stomach is 41". Fits perfect! At first, to zip it you will need to hold the top and possibly go little by little, it's meant to be tight so if it zips right up, that means it's too loose, it needs to be tight, you need to go thru a tad of trouble to zip it otherwise it's not gonna do the job. The material makes it easy to get use to and feels good all around. It covers from under your boobs to your entire bottom area of your stomach. At fist I did not use the strap, until I got use to that feeling.. Once I got use to it then I used the strap. And of course I'm now exercising and eating healthy, this is just an added bonus to help with my get healthy goal. Good luck ladies and remember it doesn't matter what size you are, it's not about losing weight, it's about feeling healthy and strong inside. I ordered a XS in this belt because a small was too big. I love how snug it is and doesn’t roll. I wear it to work to help with posture and workout to help shape the waist while I lose. My only complaint is that it sometimes irritates my skin. It may just be my skin though because every waist trainer I’ve ever had from the Ka’Oir to ones from amazon my skin is always irritated and YES I use oil with every use and place it on top of a shirt. All in all I love this belt minus the minor issue

I actually really love this trainer because it starts right under your breast and extends to the waist, however the sizing is a bit off. The xs was still a bit too big for me and I am an xs; definitely size at least one down.

It is perfect one, i have been got many product like this... this was best... but i ordered a wrong size which was my mistake.

I was afraid the zipper would go down through out the time but it stayed in place at all times

Very unfortunate. I received a completely different version then what I ordered. I ordered the WAIST TRAINER style size XS - I got the tank top vest style size SM. I was so excited to wear it as I just started a 21 day fit challenge and was hoping to have this help me sweat and get my tummy tighter. Going to have to return.
