I use it since over 3 years now. Good product and helps me with my chronic migraines. I trust healthy hey and I use most of their products. I trust their authencity. Someone wrote it's a vitamin. No. Magnesium is an essential mineral and helps spasms and many issues and also essential mineral for our bones.

Good quality magnesium supplement Genuine Product . Product Packaging Was Good sealed very well. Value for money product. Extremely Beneficial for Support Recovery. Good for muscles and can provide you adequate amount if sleep. After using this my life changed now i sleeping very well. It gives musclesso relax that's why i sleep very well. I am fully satisfied.

Most people may think that each capsule has 1000 mg of magnesium citrate. Actually, it is not. Seller/manufacturer has cleverly printed such a label to confuse the buyers. Every capsule has 500 mg of magnesium citrate. If you take 2 capsules per day, then only it will become 1000 mg = around 150 mg of elemental magnesium. They have indicated it on the nutritional information in the label - 2 capsules per serving. Beware of it when buying. 17.09.2023 (Updated Review after a few months of use): After using it for a few months, I can say that this product works to elevate your serum magnesium levels, thus, it also increases your serum Vitamin D, Calcium and Phosphorus levels, specially, if you are a non-vegetarian. These same is documented by various studies. This exactly happened in my case. So, I had to stop it. Though the serving size is 2 capsules per day but I would suggest to take only 1 capsule a day and get your blood tests (CBC, LFT, KFT, Vit-D, Iron, Magnesium etc.) after 3 months. If everything works fine, you may increase the dosage based on your dietician's/doctor's advice.

This product is good and delivered on time but I am not happy with what you did with us on our Skechers shoes refund still not paid us.
