Can be used on aluminum, copper, steel, and stainless steel. The inner and outer rollers are made from heavy duty H11 tool steel for stainless steel applications. Great tool for OEM results.
I bought the 1/4-5/16 version which is this tool and I was blown away at the quality of the beads. The tool is superbly built and performs OEM quality beads.I recently bought the 3/8-5/8 version through their website and there was a delay in the parts to build out the tool. The items are heat treated and there was a backlog at the treatment facility. I called and spoke with Brian who explained everything and kept me in the loop. We chatted about my RX7 project and he sent a note in the packaging mentioning it.Really good customer service and product. My only grip is that I didn’t buy the full set of tools from the start which would of saved me some buckaroos!

Easy to use with great results
I installed a stainless steel fuel line in a classic car and of course I needed a bead for the line to connect the fuel system. This tool is definitely crated professional beads on 5/16" stainless steel. You will pay a steep price for this tool but the results are worth it. I bought an additional one to complete another project and was equally impressed. MADE IN AMERICA and proud of it!!
