These are seriously delicious. They’re great on their own, but even better with cheese or on a charcuterie board. I love that they’re gluten free and still a good source of protein, which is hard to find in a cracker. Super tasty, satisfying, and I feel good about eating them.

These are the best crackers! Lots of healthy seeds and tastes great! Unlike some other reviewers, mine arrived at my home all intact no broken pieces at all. The three bags I purchased were wrapped in bubble wrap so don’t be afraid to order these through Amazon. They are pretty hard to find in the stores.

I love the crunch and taste of these seed flats, particularly the Caraway version. Just what I like in a cracker, wthout flour. Also great nutrition, with omega 3, 6, and 9, and they are plant based. Highly recommended! Why four stars rather than five, then? They recently changed their recipe to include a substantial amount of chia seed. This is not reflected in the Amazon listing, but the flats that I received had them, and an insert talking about the change. Normally I like chia seeds, but in this case they introduce a slight bitter flavor and the texture is slightly grainy. Not an improvement, but I will still be buying them.

These taste amazing but accidentally ate a whole bag before realizing their absorbent packet was half gone and had spilled black powder (appearing as seasoning) all over everything. Called poison control who said to not worry if not choking, but I’m bracing myself for iron overload and a very cranky tummy. Definitely should look into quality control. The other portion of the packet is completely gone so this was definitely a production issue.

They are good on their own. But if you pound the bag and smash it up the crumbles are great and healthy on or mixed in with egg dishes.

I love these seed crackers as an alternative to regular crackers. I use them for spreads. I also crunch them up into a salad or into a bowl with salsa and cheese and warm it up as a great dip alternative. They are a new staple in my meals. Flavors are great, not overbearing and pairs well with anything.
