Q: I have a sink in my horse trailer that I'd like to add this to be able to take water with me. Is it easy to install/replace existing fill hole?

Easy peasy I used plumbers table to hard mount it secured to wall and floor ,,,

Q: Is this a good grade hose? Need for food trailer.

The hoses are nice enough, but they are VERY short. I did not note the length of them, and the only thing I could use was the port for the side of my trailer. You'd likely be better suited to buy the hoses individually, that is waht I did to get much longer sections.
