HearthSong Inflatable 12'L Rainbow Misted Water Slide with Splash Pool and Inflatable Speed Board

We bought this for grandchildren. The are two problems with the design that make the product unusable. First, the hose connects to the top of water distribution channel, so it is pointed when the slide is inflated. This results in a loop in the hose and the weight of the hose rolls the side of the slide and water distribution channel one way or the other. This roll changes where the spray lands and either reduces or stops the water spraying in the slide. The second problem is that the two inflated sides of the slide are connected by the rainbow. The rainbow is a plastic sheet that is not inflated. We put the slide on the grass, and when the kids play in the slide, the rainbow sheet moves and pulls the sides of the slide toward each other. After about 2 minutes of playing, the two sides were pulled in by 6-8 inches at the end. This also causes the side with the spray channel to roll, moving the spray. After about 5-10 minutes of stopping every couple of minutes to fix the sides of the slide and the spray position, the kids stopped trying to use the slide and just sat in the pool and splashed.
