These little round balls are great! Have almost a hint of licorice aftertaste. They give you a small sense of energy and focus without feeling jittery or getting a headache. I buy them all the time!

Even though the taste of the powder version is unpleasant, taking it in water three times a day gave the results I wanted. I don’t think these tablets are as effective for me, so I’ll go back to powder
