I found it to work somewhat in the moment but a few hours later my nose felt more dry than before. I feel like spraying water might’ve accomplished the same thing..

This is not the pump style, which I do not like, so I was glad that this was in the old-fashioned spray bottle. I don't know why people had problems with the functionality, as it is pretty straightforward. You squeeze the bottle (light or with more pressure, to your desired amount) and out and up it comes. It keeps my sinuses open all night. I cannot live without nasal spray, so I use it nightly. I like that this version does not burn like the original name-branded spray. And I am able to get a smaller dose by knowing how much pressure to use when I squeeze. I will buy this again, it's that good (for me).

I have been using this product for years and I highly recommend it. I will continue to order this product because it works for me.
