My favorite “go-to” remedy for an unhappy stomach! This is gentle and so effective. It balances your stomach perfectly. 1-2 vials and you’re good. It’s even effective to treat hangovers. I highly recommend this product!!!

Usually, when I have a heavy drinking session, I'll get diarrhea the next day. Like, very watery diarrhea for the entire day. I have no experience with Chinese medicines, so I was a bit skeptical about Po Chai's efficacy, but I had a heavy night planned, and I figured I'd order some and give it a whirl. Took a vial before drinking, then another one about two hours later. The next morning, I had normal stools. Later the next day I had diarrhea, but that was my failure for not taking another dose on day 2. So, it at least worked for diarrhea! Something to note: the box smells strongly of patchouli (see ingredient list), and the tiny pills do taste like patchouli. It's not unpleasant; I just wanted to give you a heads-up. I do like the tiny pills! Way easier to take lots of small medicine balls than bigger pills. They kind of make a cool sound in your head when you swallow 'em. Not a fan of the plastic vials for environmental reasons. Maybe they could switch to paper or something? Overall, Po Chai was an interesting and successful experiment for diarrhea management.

They are the absolute best for any kind of stomach upset or digestive track upset you don’t need anything else I learned about these when I lived in the Orient and have used them since the 1970s And so do my kids and my grandkids

The little pills have been around for decades for good reason, they work against a host of digestive issues. My acupuncturist gave me these to try twenty years ago and whenever the occasional digestive distress arises, these are the first go to. Overeating discomfort, sour stomach, queasiness, all seem to respond well to these. Although I've not had occasion to need them for a sour stomach caused by a hangover, they are reputed to help that issue as well. I always keep a pack of these in the medicine cabinet.

These work and I have a lot of gastrointestinal issues. My kids and husband use them now
