Works great, very adherent
I've been using this tape for myofascial pain syndrome for a number of years. It is a high quality and long lasting.

Perfect for waist training with the tape method
I had a C-section in December and bought a steel-boned waist trainer to work towards regaining my hourglass figure. I read in a group that combining your corset wearing with "the tape method" could improve your results, especially if you have a mother's apron as I did from the C-section. After doing a quick google and Youtube search about the tape method, I chose this tape to work with. It was VERY difficult to tape myself up the first few times, but it was also difficult to lace the trainer up on my own the first few times. Eventually I got the hang of both and am absolutely seeing visible results from a combination of waist training, thigh/arm wrapping, tape method, drinking loads of water, and reducing my general portion intake. It takes time and patience to regain your shape with this process, but it also takes time to put weight on and change your body to have a baby, so I'm happy to have the option since cosmetic surgery is outside of my budget for now. The tape itself is not overly sticky, but I haven't had any issues with it not sticking, either. It's possible that is because I do use a lot of it for each application and it overlaps itself, rather than the way it's often used for sports taping in single strips. However I did use a strip for a plantar's injury for about five days and it did fine as well, so no complaints from me.

It works
Love this product. It works great for me and reduces my pain very much. Without it my bursitis in my right hip would be much worse. Instead, I have mild pain ONLY when I over do it. I make an X or + shape with 2 pieces right over my pain area. I will not use another brand. The only problem I have is when I take it off after 5 days there is adhesive left on my skin around the edges. I take a shower, and rub this off, but that is my only problem. Years ago this tape did not leave anything behind.

Made in the USA
I have tried many brand names of this type of therapeutic tape and it’s the only one that has not made my skin itch — I have very sensitive skin — and not to mention it’s not highlighted enough that this is made in the USA. A lot of tape brands out there are made in China; also this is the original therapeutic tape. This also stays on for days even with taking a daily showers. This is the only brand that has worked for me and checks all the boxes.

Athletic Tex Gold FP Tape / Mixed Feeling's
I use a disposable Insulin Pump which I have an allergic reaction to the adhesive. I purchased this to apply my pump on top since it claims to be for sensitive skin. The pump adhesive is very sticky, but it does not stay entirely attached to this product. I do have to say that the adhesive used does attach very well to the skin, too well that I'm afraid of tearing my skin off when removing after just a 24-hour period. My skin is red and tender when removing this product. I don't plan on purchasing again.

I tape my legs weekly due to lymphedema and retape weekly, with minimum irritation or itching.
I tape my legs weekly or more due to lymphedema and retape shortly after I remove the used tape with minimum irritation or itching. I tried several different types of tape before settling on Kinesio Tex Gold. Taping is easier and lasts longer, just sticky enough, minimum skin irritation, holds up well as I shower every day although I do wish it came in more colors… I prefer black.

Works great
But I use tape at least a couple days a week when I’m gonna be running around because my feet will kill me. If I don’t this works great it’s just more money for less stuff but it goes on better cause it’s thicker and I had to buy this kind of tape because everything else will make my skin itch.
