I can't say enough good things about B&G 100% pure Avocado Oil Spray. So easy to use. Nothing in it but the oil. very simple and effective way to healthier cooking. I like to use it for salads, pan frying, roasting and even baking. Also great for those high cooking temperatures. A little goes a long way too. Highly recommended.

This is an oil spray you can trust. Doesn't smell strange or have bad preservatives in it. Glad to use it. Sometimes you just need a good spray oil.
