My naturopath suggested I take Phyto ADR several years ago. My adrenal glands were totally shot as well as my husband as we had worked very hard throughout our lives, with little sleep and lots of stress. Immediatly I felt the differnce, my husband as well.Phyto Adr gives me energy I dont have without it. We love this product. If we miss it for a few days our energy level goes way down. It seems expensive when compared the junk they sell on the market but this is the real deal and it really provides the support for your adrenal glands neccessary. My bioidentical hormone provider recommended I use these Phyto-ADR capsules. At first, I was concerned as I've heard that using adaptogens long-term can have side effects. However, my provider said not to worry as she just wanted me to do an "Adrenal Reset" by taking these 1 a day for 60 days and then to stop. This should boost my adrenals to help them better manage stress and restore a proper sleep pattern. I love that these provide a natural, plant-based alternative to medication that gives me further peace of mind in taking them, which I've been doing for almost two weeks. I've had no side effects and they are easy to take; 1 a day at 10 am which I do like clockwork as I set an alarm on my phone to remind me. While no side effects is great, positive effects are just starting to kick in. My bioidentical hormone provider is great and her recommendations are very helpful, so I'm confident this will work too, I'm just putting it out there that if you are looking for quick results, you may have to wait a while with these. Maybe some people get same-day or next-day results but that has not been my experience. Nevertheless, you know what they say - some of the best things are worth waiting for.

This is made a noticeable difference in my energy. I have a long complex illness history and I am now following recommendations put forth by Dr. Even Hirsch in his book Fix your Fatigue. Most recommended supplements for adrenals contain animal products, which I am allergic to. I was so glad to find this.

I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue with very low levels of cortisol and vitamin d. I've been taking this along with a vitamin d and an eleuthero supplement and have really seen an increase in my energy levels. In addition I've also been sleeping better than I've had in a long time which I'm sure has helped quite a bit. In addition, since I have some trouble swallowing pills I like that I can dump the contents of the capsule in my morning smoothie!

I purchased this as plant-based support for my adrenals, and I feel it's effective for that purpose. It calms my anxiety and keeps me more centered emotionally. As a side effect (a positive one for me) I'm pretty sure this product is responsible for the clearest skin/pores I've ever had! Might be the Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) in Phyto-ADR, which is sometimes used in much larger doses for acne. My Naturopathic Doctor says it's a great product. I've ordered more Phyto-ADR already....

All I can say at this point is, I have not noticed any dramatic or even mild differences for me for adrenal support by taking Phyto-ADR , although husband says it makes a huge difference for him. He is the one who suggested this for me. However, he has been taking it longer than I have so perhaps over time I would begin to see some noticeable changes.
