Alpinetech 12mm 1/2" Green 12V LED Metal Indicator Pilot Custom Dash Light Lamp

Bought amber, green, and blue for dash indicator lights on a 70 MGB. Nicely made and worked great, but the LED's are too bright at night. I cut some small circles of window tint to fit just over the lights, and it is perfect. That basically makes the whole face of it look black until the light comes on and it dims it just enough to not blind you at night and still good in the daylight.

Requires small guage wire and a small phillips screwdriver. Works well and is very bright.

I purchased this indicator light to show me when the auxiliary electric radiator fan in my '67 MG comes on. It is perfect for the task, well-built and attractive, and the price was reasonable. Also, Alpinetech did not charge for shipping the item. Great value!

This was the solution to accidentally leaving the ignition key on for my UTV. Takes a 1/2" hole to mount, run a wire to the ignition key and to ground and that's it. The bright red light is easy to see in full sunlight.

Just installed this on my 77 kz 650 cafe racer for an oil pressure light. All of my gauges and indicator lights are deleted but I need to at least make sure oil is pumping. I was concerned about the length listed because it said 4" which wouldnt have worked due to the low clearance I have in the headlight bucket, FYI actual clearance needed is around an inch and a half. The only drawback to this light is it doesnt have leads and the posts were too small to land the factory wires so I had to make a jumper with 18 gauge, no biggie. The light is definetly bright and will I can definetly ser when it's on. In my case there is a little bleak through flicker when it's off but that is to be expected with 40+ year old wiring. I'm going to go ahead and purchase the green version for my neutral light. Hopefully they will last some time

I ordered this lamp to replace a bulb that failed. I had one day to work. But Amazon has suddenly broke promised times of delivery. Promise next day, get notice then it will be three days, then 5. Don't make plans!

Excellent Quality and very bright.

Everything about this light was good, except that the nut to hold it on the dash doesn't have the same threads as the light itself. So that makes it impossible to tighten it tight. I ordered a green and red one. The green light has the right nut and threads.
