Works as stated
I used the product to help with filtering the grease in my commercial fryer. The draw back was, the product performed as stated, it neutralized the taste of the seasoning I used to batter my fish. Had this not occurred, the rating would be 5 stars.

EXCELENT works even better than they claim
READ THE BROCHURE!!!! It works even better than they claim! Although our fried food was already of good quality numerous customers who had no idea about any changes noticed and remarked on the improvement IMMEDIATELY! I couldn't write a better endorsement if they paid me.

Don’t waste your money!
We have ran a deli with fried foods for over 20 years. We bought this in a pinch because we were out of our regular filter powder. This stuff is almost like finely ground styrofoam. It never completely desolved in the fry oil. I mean 2 days of 3 filters a day and there was still some of this “crap” left in the oil. We would definitely NOT recommend this!

Excellent service !
Highly recommended! Use this daily to help maintain the fry oil. Have noticed a difference in the oil lasting. Lasts a lot longer with this, very happy with it!

Easy to follow
I mean, it sizzles and the oil seems to keep its color longer. Could be working, could be not. I do enjoy the nice easy packaging and easy to use instructions!
