The remodeling company I work for has used this product twice this past year to remedy drainage and water infiltration problems caused by improper grading by previous contractors. Properly applied in conjunction with installation of stone drainage channels the Laticrete product has performed extremely well. One of our customers had water infiltration problems for over 10 years; as per his last email "zero, nada, not a drop of water has come in". The price from Amazon has been competitive and deliveries have been on or before the promised date. Also the product is as described even if not as pictured.
