I recently purchased the RH-0532F-A Spring Loaded Surface Mount Handles for a personal project, specifically, to create camper leveling blocks, and I was extremely impressed with their performance. They've exceeded my expectations in every regard. Right off the bat, one can notice that these handles are a true testament to high-quality craftsmanship. I had a road case that just seemed like it needed another handle on one of the sides so I found this one and it matches the others perfectly. It was super easy to install with a rivet gun and it functions great. The spring loaded action keeps the handle retracted when using, but it is easy to open when needed. The rubber grip feels nice and looks great too. These feel very durable and high-quality. They were a great value if you were looking to add some additional handles or just need some for a project.

I misapplied the handles as carrying handles for a luggage-like case. They work OK but the handle travel is limited to stop a little less than 90 degrees from the mounting surface, but it will be OK. The description did not mention this, I though it would go 90 degrees so the case would hang perfectly straight. Ah well, its close enough. The handles are sturdy and well made. I got some five #8 x 1/2" sheet metal/wood screws that hold it on OK, the screws are not included.

Firstly, they do not come as a pair (who needs just one), Secondly, there is no hardware ie: screws/bolts. All this being said, the handles seem tobe of high Quality, Look Good nice finish should hold up outside. I would buy then again...

The dimensions listed are not accurate in any meaningful form: the 4.88" is (roughly) the width of the handle, and the 3.2" H is from the top of the rubber to the edge of the mount when laid flat. There's about 1.5" of clearance in the handle, but it's just a bit shy if you're planning to thread 2x4s through it. The hard rubber grip does not rotate, so shaving a bit off the inner side of the rubber might be easier than trimming down the wood. The mounting plate is 5.5" x 1-5/8" and 10-24 bolts fit nicely in the 5 mounting holes. The handle does NOT swing up to exactly 90 degrees, it's a bit less, so if you're planning to use this as a top handle, just keep that in mind. The mounting plate is about 0.1" thick. Drilling out the single rivet and replacing it with another mounting bolt/screw will definitely add some strength, but may not be worth the effort to wrangle with the spring. Overall, this is a great handle. it's really beefy and fairly well made. Seems sturdy enough to be abused a lot without failing. Just be aware that the dimensions as listed on the product page are not accurate.

Let me start with the fact that I over research everything. I built a tailgating corn hole set and wanted the whole thing built to last and be as durable as I could possibly make it. It costs a few extra dollars than other options but if quality is important for your project then this is a know brainer.

Looks and feels sturdy. However the bag was open and no screws were included. Need to purchase screws before I can see how it functions.

I installed these on a Peavey Triple XXX combo amp which is a monstrous piece of equipment weighing about 78 lbs. I have pulled various muscles over the years lugging this beast to gigs, but now that I've got a handle on each side, I can easily convince my other band members to carry it for me. The are working well, comfortable to hold, and non-intrusive as well. Should've bought these 10 years ago!

The handle came very quickly and has a great spring on it and is a comfortable handle for carrying. A great purchase! The spring back is quite strong, so be careful! But, I'm sure, over time, it will lighten up some.
