If you have biliary issues like gallstones, gall bladder removal or poor function, fatty liver, or limited bile production this is the supplement. ARTICHOKE. This tea is helpful for constipation, bloating, and fatty liver. It works better than artichoke extract capsules, but they are also helpful.If you have had your gall bladder removed, remember there are likely stones still in your bile ducts and definitely in your liver where they are created. If you have done or are considering a liver/gall bladder flush this tea will soften and help remove more stones than using malic acid (apple juice, cider, etc...) alone. Has a slight bitterness too it that mellows with a bit of honey

Good tea to help with fatty liver. Doesn’t taste bitter like artichoke use to taste. Taste more lemongrass than artichoke.

Unfortunately, the bitter taste is awful. I can hardly get the taste out of my mouth even with honey added; a musty, bitter taste lingers in the mouth - yuck! I'm sure it has health benefits which was the reason for the purchase; however, if one cannot drink it, well, it's a wash.

Because it is a blend of Artichoke and Lemongrass this tea is delicious. I drink it everyday and I feel it is helping me with my liver issues.

This is probably a very fine product, but I can't stand the taste. It's probably just a personal thing.
