Why did you pick this product vs others?: It resembled an invaluable kitchen tool that I previously owned and needed to replace. Versatility: It has preoved to be of use for a number of purposes in the kitchen beyond being a cake icing tool.

The blade seems a bit stiff, but should work just fine for my needs. The wood on the handle is a bit rough along the edges.

Product is the right size for small spreading projects. Sturdy and easy to clean. I had a similar spatula that lasted decades until the wooden handle became worn. I expect the same life span for this one.

It is the perfect length, it fits my hand perfectly and it is not too heavy. I have a smaller version of the spreader that I hate to give up, but the wooden handle is cracking. This new one has a composite handle and should last me forever. Yes I would recommend this product to family and friends. Excellent kitchen tool for a spreader.
