I put this into the freezer for only 30 minutes as it arrived today. Just tried it out of curiosity. And it is brilliant little device. I used it on my face, neck area. Will put it back into freezer for longer. Easy to use. Definitely would recommend.

Very rarely would I leave a review but this product is brilliant, I actually bought it to try and relieve eczema itchiness whilst technically a massage tool, it is brilliant and works really well for this purpose and arrived promptly and was good value for money.

It’s easy to use & glides over the skin well. I believe you can use oils with it but I don’t. I tend to freeze it then pop it in the fridge for a while to “warm up” a bit as it is very cold straight from the freezer. I use it mainly around my knees, hips & thighs just for a couple of minutes at a time & it does give some relief. Not game changing for my knee pain (haven’t found anything that is yet!) but nice to use especially in warm weather.

This product comes in a wee brown box with clear instructions. I bought this for my face, having seen some IG 'influencers' and youtube stars using something similar to relax and de- puff before putting make up on. This feel soooo good- I use upward motions across my cheekbones, jaw and forehead. I press gently across my eye contours- really helps skin, gives it a nice glow. Circular motion on the temples is just heaven! Unsure if this product is for use on face, but I'm not stopping, feels too good. Stays really cold for a long time, as the ball is steel. The holder is easy to grip and comfortable. Feels sturdy. Unsure about the previous comments and pictures suggesting it stains the skin or expands when freezing? Pretty sure most materials contract in cold and expand in heat... maybe just a faulty one? Before use, I gently washed the massager with liquid soap and waited to fully air dry before freezing- as yes, if there is water between the ball and the plastic holder, it will become frozen together. I haven't experienced mine being difficult roll, if you follow the above after use and make sure you put it on a clean, ice free shelf, the massager should be fine. If you like cold facials and ice therapy on your muscles, then this is the product for you. I would recommend.

Works well for light use. The metal version when initially used produced a black film that I assume came from the abrasion of the ball against the housing. Solid enough and well made.

It stays cold even if you don't put it in the fridge. It's soothing and massaging it on a problem area is great. I'm may get more as presents for friend's I know would appreciate it. Size fits well in your hand. Great value for money. Not at all heavy or bulky.

Amazing little thing, keep it in the fridge and it’s great for cooling you on a hot day or rolling over sore/tight areas

Really useful, handy little roller ball. I use it for hot flushes and headaches and aching muscles as intended. It cools instantly and isn’t wet. I like that it even stays cool when it’s not been in the fridge so I can pop it in my bag and take it about with me. Simple size, fits easily in the hand and is not too heavy either. It’s not a cure but it helps!
