Solved my sputtering engine. It was due for a tune up and upgraded spark plugs that’s performance quality.

Spend a few extra bucks and get these next time you do a tune-up. They better power/response than the platinums, which are slightly better than the standard plugs in my experience. Also it won't hurt to do some better plug wires at the same time even if they look okay. I get approximately 2 miles/gallon better fuel economy when comparing to standard plugs still in good condition. Some of that improvement could be related to the age of the older, standard plug, too. I suggest getting some anti-seize compound for the threads, and di-electric grease for the plug boot for longer life, and easier future maintenance.

Installed in a 2005 scion Tc Gapped at 0.044. Starts easy. Acceleration is responsive. No issues. Will purchase again.

At this point I have no reason to think I got fake plugs, the seller was “Aautoparts11” or similar. That said they are “assembled in thailand” yet it says Nagoya Japan on box, though it’s unclear what role Japan played here. After installing I’ll update review. 12-8-2021 installed in 04 Camry (2az-fe engine) at 160k miles original?denso plugs looked ok so I’ll keep them awhile to be sure these NGK keep working.

Worked good. Replaced all 4 on my rav4 and it definitely helped with the rough idle and the start. Was easy to replace as they where all easily accessible. Would recommend
