Are extra covers available?

I use the cover it came with, wash it regularly, but I also put a pillow case or pillow sham on the Four Position pillow and this keeps it clean and nice. I change the pillow case on the pillow when I change my sheets on our bed each week.

In my opinion it is not firm enough to support you under your thighs to relieve pressure. It flattens out as soon as you sit. It is firm enough to place behind your lower lumbar when you sit or lay. Hope this helps
