This product works great for our LED Star that is 65 feet in the air.

Bought 2 and only 1 worked. Seller replaced non working unit and everything is good now. Happy with products!

Good product using for exterior led rope. Hope it last because it don’t seem like they do.

Ok we replaced the adapter piece with the adapter we need for the led light string we have on display, and we have had absolutely no response from this adapter box and we have tried another adapter box of a different brand but it was responding and turning off but with this one had absolutely no response. The outlet we are plugging it into is responsive with other cords and devices.

Had to pay for return shipping when returning right away after product defective.

we bought 4 units after less than 24 hours the unit have a burning smell and was about to start a fire so the other three units , seller didn't provide any paid return lable and never issue any refund

It’s just rubbish. Buying two rubbish is completely unusable.

Works great did get one that was apparently used and not working received refund (ordered 3)

Worked exactly as I hoped. Used Amazon delivery and faced no additional import fees to Canada. Had to find a replacement controller for a vintage mid 1990s Atremide lamp and after swapping to LED bulbs, this works exactly as I hoped. Note to anyone planning on using this for a project other than an RGB rope lite. The labels on the internal circuit board are labeled wrong. Like everything is wrong on the labeling - take a photo of it before de-soldering anything as you can not use the labels at all. It's almost as if it was printed incorrectly deliberately as more things were wrong than right. So strange, I've never seen anything like it. If you aren't planning on ripping it apart and doing board level work on it - you'll be fine (as will be the case for 99.9% of most users). Only beef: As with all these rgb controllers on the market, the remote is shamefully cheap feeling, but the product is fine. I would love if I could get the same thing with wifi capability - but thats almost too much to ask for. Also, if anyone needs to know, it will automatically resume the last mode/ setting if power is returned off and then on again. Many others just default to a horrible blinking auto mode - this one resumes the last setting it had. Perfect for what I need.

I will have to make it water proof. Remove circuit board from case and use a water proofing coating on circuit board. Google the methods.

The products work as expected and seem durable, but the shipping costs, then DHL export/import costs are killer. Added 55.00 CDN to the overall costs. But again products and service are excellent.
