Q: I need it to fit a 5 inch diameter blender jar. Can you tell me the size?

The size of the lid is 4 3/4" (part that fit inside the jar) . My jar inside diameter is 4 5/8" and it fit okay.

It fits perfectly to my blender and comes with the lid and the cap.

Q: Does this fit the Black and Decker cyclone blender model #BLC 12650H?

It didn't fit my BD model. I ended up throwing away the gorgeous stainless base/motor and so can't confirm model #. I couldn't get the replacement from BD either. Very disappointing.
