The original coolant sensor was bad, replaced with this sensor and cleared the fail on the computer. Excellent price and value.

Don't waste your money on this.
Bought this to replace a factory original sensor that was giving me a intermitent "limp mode" setting. Bought this to reploace it and it even made it worse, by putting my truck into a red warning "Oil/Water" light and shutting the engine off after 30 seconds. Spent 6 hours trying to diagnose the rerason the red light was coming on, not suspecting the "new" sensor was faulty. Decided to reinstall the original sensor and the truck was fine again. Ended up replacing the original sensor with a factory Cummins sensor and everything works fine again. Don't waste your time and money of this poorly made part. Buy a factory OEM part and it will work properly, without issues for years. Better to spend the extra money and have peace of mind.
