Have been using these in our 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i for years. Way cheaper than the dealer filters and the fit is great. I'll keep using them!

Got this for my daughter's car. Didn't know it had to be changed till mechanic mentioned it. My son said he could change it so figured I'd just order this and let him do it. It does come with simple instructions, but googled it to get a better view of how to disengage the glove compartment to access the panel. After just a few attempts, was able to get to it, remove the old and install the new. This was a great price and pretty easy to change (really needed it. Old one was filthy!) so I'm very happy. Saved some money doing it ourselves!

[2015 Forester] To lower or remove the glove box to access the filter, I really had to remove the contents. I tried to flex the sides of the glove box without emptying it first, but the little weight of the contents seemed to prevent the plastics from buckling in the right places. I probably would have accidentally dumped the contents anyway. It is somewhat difficult to press the sides of the glove box inward enough to clear the catches, so seat yourself in the optimal position and put some muscle to it. The old filter pops out easily and the new one clicks in easily. Consider wearing some sort of gloves for all this to avoid scraping a knuckle.

I've used this brand for a while now in my vehicles as it's both reasonably priced and works good. This time around, I traded my vehicle in and ordered this for when I need it as I tend to change my cabin filters every year. Would have given this Five Stars, but when the package came in, it shipped in one of those white & blue Amazon bubble wrapped mailers. The box was all crushed as these mailers provide absolutely no protection. Luckily the filter in question was undamaged thankfully. Something like this should always be shipping in a shipping box to protect the item. I will continue to order these filters in the future as needed, but I hope they don't continue to use these cheap mailers for easily damaged items.

Perfect fit for a 2018 SUBARU FORESTER. This product is very comparable to STP CAF1869P.

I installed this one in my Subaru Crosstrek a few months ago and I can tell the difference in the air quality every time I run the fan (air conditioning or heat). After two and a half years neglecting the air filter in my car, when doing a stereo replacement in the summer, I had the great idea to take a peek at my cabin filter. I'm very glad I did. It was blackened, full of dust and leaves and it sorta smelled like a dusty, damp filter does. Before installing this new filter, I gently sprayed / thin coated the entire filter with my favorite body spray. When you first turn on the fans you can tell this air filter is really working. If you're looking for a good, inexpensive cabin filter that gets the job done... This is it! Highly recommended!

The dealership I take my car to installed a filter that made a high pitched whistle. I took it out and replaced it but the noise continued. So I ordered a this filter. This filter is much better quality and cost less than 1/3 of the other filter. I will purchase this filter again.
